The Appointments Calendar: Agenda, Week, and Month Views

The three ways to look at your bookings in Omnifox — Agenda, Week, and Month — and when to use each one.

Jul 11, 2026

The Calendar page offers three ways to look at scheduled appointments. Switch between them with the Agenda / Week / Month selector at the top.

Agenda

The default view. It lists upcoming appointments grouped by day, with start and end time, title or service, the linked contact, and a status tag. It's the fastest view for seeing "what's next" without wading through empty days — cancelled appointments and ones that already happened don't show up here.

Week

Shows a full week with appointments placed in their actual time slot, great for spotting at a glance which gaps are still open over the next few days and comparing the load across different days.

Month

A calendar-style grid for the whole month, useful for spotting which days are packed and which are nearly empty, or for planning further ahead.

In any of the three views, clicking an appointment opens its details, where you can confirm it, mark it completed or a no-show, cancel it, or reschedule it.

Example

A sales manager uses the Month view every Monday to check the team's overall load, while reps use Agenda during the day to see what's coming up next.

Tips

  • Use Week when you're coordinating a time with a customer and want to offer options across several days.
  • Agenda is the lightest view — if you just need to know what's next, start there.

Troubleshooting

If an appointment isn't showing up in Agenda, it may already be in the past or cancelled — look for it in Month or Week, which do show appointments from any date.
