Create and Share Multiple Booking Links

How to generate a public self-scheduling link for your Appointments calendars, and how to have several separate links for different services or teams.

Jul 11, 2026

A booking link is a public page (/book/your-link) where anyone can see a calendar's open slots and book a time without talking to an agent first — the equivalent of a Calendly-style link, built into Omnifox.

Creating a link

  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Click 🔗 Public link.
  3. A unique URL for that calendar is generated automatically and shows up ready to copy with the Copy button.

Each link is tied to one calendar (and, when relevant, to a specific service): whoever opens that URL only sees the slots for that calendar/service, never anyone else's.

Multiple links for different purposes

You can generate a separate link for each calendar or service you want to offer independently — for example, one for "Sales Demo" and another for "Technical Support." Each has its own URL, so you can share each one wherever it belongs (a different button on your website, a different email signature per team, etc.) without the schedules ever mixing.

What the person booking fills in

The public page asks for name, phone, email (optional) and an optional note, and creates the contact automatically the first time someone books with that phone number. The appointment gets tagged with source "public booking."

Example

A clinic generates one link for the "General consultation" calendar and another for "Lab tests." It shares the first on its homepage and the second on its results page, each pointing to the right schedule.

Tips

  • Share the link over WhatsApp, email, or on your website — it works without the person needing to log in.
  • If a calendar stops being used, you can deactivate it so that link stops accepting new bookings.

Troubleshooting

If a customer books through the wrong link (say, another team's calendar), check which calendar that specific link points to — each URL is fixed and can't be reassigned to a different calendar once created.
