Channel catalog: what Available, Beta, and Coming Soon mean

Every channel you can connect in Omnifox has a status (Available, Beta, Coming Soon, or Hidden) that determines whether you can use it today.

Jul 11, 2026

Omnifox lets you connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Email, Webchat, SMS, Mercado Libre, and more. Not every channel is ready for every account at the same time — each channel type carries a global status that decides whether it shows up and whether you can connect it.

Possible statuses

  • Available — no badge, connectable right away.
  • Beta — "Beta" badge, connectable, still being validated (may have rough edges).
  • Coming Soon — "Coming Soon" badge, visible in the list but the connect button is disabled.
  • Hidden — doesn't appear anywhere (not on the landing page, not in the connect wizard).

Where to check it

Go to Channels → Connect channel. The grid shows every channel type with its icon and, where relevant, its status badge.

Example

TikTok usually shows the "Coming Soon" badge: the business direct-message adapter is already built into the platform, but API access hasn't been granted yet, so it's visible but can't be activated.

Tips

  • A Beta channel is already production-ready, but we're still smoothing out edge cases — report anything odd to support.
  • Some accounts have early access: they can connect a channel even while it's still Coming Soon for everyone else.
  • The list updates automatically; you don't need to log out to see a newly enabled channel.

Troubleshooting

If a channel you used to see has vanished from the list, it likely moved to Hidden globally, or your organization lost an early-access grant it had. Contact support to confirm the current status of that channel.
