Connect multiple Meta pages or accounts at once

When you log in with Facebook to connect Messenger or Instagram and your user manages more than one eligible Page or linked account, Omnifox doesn't make you repeat the flow one at a time — it shows a selector so you can connect several at once.

Requirements

• You must be an admin on the Facebook Pages (or the Instagram accounts linked to those Pages) you want to connect.
• channels.manage permission on the workspace.

Steps

1. Go to Channels → Connect channel and pick Messenger or Instagram.
2. Log in with Facebook and accept the requested permissions.
3. If your account manages 2 or more eligible Pages, the "Choose your pages" (or "Choose your Instagram accounts") screen opens.
4. Every Page is pre-checked by default — uncheck the ones you do NOT want to connect.
5. Tap Connect to create one channel per selected Page.

Example

If your Facebook user manages 3 Pages for different branches, you can uncheck the one you're not using yet and connect the other 2 in a single pass, each becoming its own channel in the workspace.

Tips

• Access tokens are never shown in the browser; the selector only lists the Page name and the linked Instagram username.
• If any Page fails to subscribe to the webhook, the final summary flags it so you can reconnect it.

Troubleshooting

If the connect session expired ("Restart the connection" message), too much time passed between the Facebook login and your selection — just repeat the flow from step 1.
