Insert media from the Media Library into the composer

Reuse images already uploaded to the workspace in any conversation, without uploading them again each time.

Jul 11, 2026

The Media Library stores images you upload once and can reuse in any conversation, so you don't have to hunt for them on your computer every time you need them.

Steps

  1. In the conversation's composer, click the media library icon (different from the upload-image icon — this one looks like a collection/gallery).
  2. A modal opens with a grid of thumbnails of everything your team has uploaded.
  3. Use the search box to filter by filename if the library has many items.
  4. Click the image you want to send — it attaches to the conversation automatically and the modal closes.

Example

A sales team uploads the PDF catalog or photos of its best-selling products just once. Any agent, in any conversation, opens the Media Library and resends the same image with one click, without asking a teammate for the file or re-uploading it.

Tips

  • If the library is empty, the modal offers Upload my first image to get started.
  • The Upload new link inside the modal takes you to the workspace's Media Library section, where you can manage all the material (add, rename, delete) outside of any single conversation.

Troubleshooting

If the library doesn't load, refresh the page; if it persists, it may be a permissions issue — check that your role has access to the workspace Media Library.
