Send a WhatsApp sticker
Send a .webp sticker to the customer from the workspace library or by pasting a public URL.
Stickers are a more casual way to reply over WhatsApp. Omnifox lets you send them two ways: pick one already saved in the workspace library, or paste the public URL of a .webp file.
Requirements
- Only available on WhatsApp channels.
- The conversation must have the 24-hour window open (the customer wrote within the last 24h).
- The file must be .webp, static or animated (512×512 px recommended).
Steps
- In the conversation's composer, open the send sticker button.
- In the modal, choose one of two options:
- Workspace library: click one of the stickers your team already uploaded.
- Public URL: paste the direct link to a .webp file (must start with https).
- Check the preview shown in the modal.
- Confirm the send.
Example
A customer thanks the agent with a short message. The agent replies with a "thank you" sticker already saved in the workspace library, without typing any extra text.
Tips
- If your team reuses the same stickers often, ask an admin to upload them to the workspace library so you don't need to look up a URL each time.
- Animated stickers are valid too, as long as the file is .webp.
Troubleshooting
- If the URL doesn't produce a preview, check that it's https and ends in
.webp. - If the sticker button doesn't appear, the conversation's 24h window may be closed — send a template first to reopen it.
