My Tasks: Every Task From Every Board, in One Place
The My Tasks view pulls together, into a single table, every task across every board where you're the assignee.
My Tasks is a personal view inside Projects that gathers, no matter which board they live on, every task where you're listed as assignee.
Requirements
- Access to Projects in the workspace (Crece plan or higher).
- Being listed as assignee (Person column) on at least one task somewhere.
How to access it
- In the Projects menu, click My Tasks.
- You'll see a table with your open tasks first, completed ones after.
- Each row shows: task name, the board it belongs to, its group, due date, and status.
- Click Open board to jump straight to that task on its home board.
What it includes
- Tasks and subtasks (if you're the assignee on a subtask, it shows up too, tagged "Subtask").
- The due date shown is pulled from the column flagged as due date on that board (or the first date column if none is flagged).
- Status shows the chosen option (with its color), or, on boards without a Status column, a generic Pending/Done state based on whether the task is completed.
Example
You're the assignee on tasks across the "Sales", "Support", and "Onboarding" boards. In My Tasks you see all three together, open tasks on top, each with its due date and status — no need to open board after board.
Tips
- It's the fastest way to build your daily work list without hopping between boards.
- If a task you expect isn't showing, confirm you're in the assignee/Person column (not some other person-type column) on that specific task.
Troubleshooting
- The list is empty: nobody has assigned you to any task yet; as soon as someone adds you to an assignee column, it shows up here.
- A task I know is mine is missing: check that its board belongs to the same workspace you're currently viewing — My Tasks never mixes tasks from other workspaces.
