Delete your Omnifox account

Permanently delete your personal Omnifox user account from your Profile.

Jul 11, 2026

What it is

Deleting your account permanently removes your Omnifox user profile — you lose access to every organization you belong to. This is different from "leaving an organization" (which only removes you from one specific organization) and different from requesting your organization's data be deleted under GDPR (a separate process).

Requirements

  • Be signed in and know your current password.
  • Not be the sole Owner of an organization (see below).

Steps

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Danger zone section.
  3. Click Delete account.
  4. Type your current password to confirm.
  5. Confirm the action. You'll be signed out immediately and your account will be deleted.

Configuration

  • Deletion is immediate — there's no grace period and no way to recover the account from the app once confirmed.
  • If you're the sole Owner of your organization, Omnifox won't let you delete your account directly — it redirects you to Billing so you can cancel the subscription or transfer ownership of the organization first.

Example

An agent who no longer works at the company wants to delete their personal Omnifox account. Since they're not the Owner of any organization, they go to Profile > Danger zone, type their password, and confirm — the account is deleted instantly.

Tips

  • If you belong to several organizations, deleting your account removes you from all of them at once — not just one. If you only want to leave one specific organization, use "Leave an organization" instead.
  • Download or export anything you need before deleting your account — the action can't be undone.

Troubleshooting

  • The button redirects me to Billing instead of deleting my account: you're the sole Owner of the organization; cancel the subscription or assign another Owner first, then try again.
  • It says my password is wrong: make sure you're typing your current password, not an old one.
