Why did my workflow stop running: the monthly execution cap per plan

Every plan includes a monthly cap on workflow executions; once it's used up, the engine stops new runs until the next cycle or an upgrade.

Every Omnifox plan includes a monthly cap on workflow executions (separate from AI credit). Once that cap is used up, the workflow engine stops starting new executions for your organization until the next billing cycle begins or you upgrade your plan. This isn't a per-workflow limit — it's one total monthly ceiling for your whole account.

How the cap works

  • The counter adds up all chat workflow executions plus call IVR runs (they share one total cap), and is also shown broken down by type.
  • At 80% of the cap, your organization gets a warning so you can plan ahead.
  • Once it hits 100%, new executions are paused (they still get logged, marked as paused by the cap) until the monthly renewal or a plan upgrade.
  • The execution cap is different from the limit on saved workflows (how many workflows you can have created) — these are two independent limits.

Where to check your usage

Under Settings → Billing you'll find the "Workflows this month" card, showing total executions used against your plan's cap, the workflow-vs-IVR split, and the date of the next renewal.

Caps per plan (approximate)

  • Lite: 50 executions/month
  • Conecta: 100 executions/month
  • Crece (Growth): 1,000 executions/month
  • Escala (Advanced): 10,000 executions/month
  • Exclusivo (Enterprise): no published cap (an internal fair-use ceiling exists to catch runaway loops)

Example

Your organization is on the Conecta plan (100/month) and by the second week of the cycle you've already used 95 executions between chat workflows and call triggers. You get the 80% warning; if nothing changes, once you hit 100 the next executions get paused until the new cycle starts.

Tips

  • Check the Billing card regularly if you run high-volume workflows (e.g. one triggered on every inbound message).
  • If the cap keeps running out, the fix is a plan upgrade — the monthly cap increases at each tier.

Troubleshooting

  • "My workflow suddenly stopped running": go to Billing and check whether "Workflows this month" is at 100%. If so, wait for the renewal or upgrade your plan.
  • If most of the usage comes from calls (IVR) rather than chat workflows, the breakdown will show you exactly where to optimize.
