Partner dashboard: your clients, commissions, and payouts
How to use the Omnifox Partner Dashboard to see your clients, accrued commissions, and when you get paid.
Once approved into the partner program, you get access to your own Partner Dashboard at /partner, where you manage your whole operation as an Omnifox reseller.
What you'll find in the dashboard
- Clients: the organizations attributed to you, with their plan and status.
- Referral codes: create your own codes so a new client is automatically linked to you when they sign up.
- Deal registration: register a prospect before closing them to lock in your attribution.
- Network: if you operate as a "master" partner, you can invite sub-distributors and earn an extra commission on what they generate.
- Commissions: the detail of every accrued commission per client and period, with the applied rate.
- Payouts: your payment history and any pending balance.
How and when you get paid
Payouts run automatically on the 1st of every month through Stripe Connect, as long as your Stripe account is connected and your pending balance is above the payout minimum (USD 20 by default). If you haven't connected Stripe yet, your payout is handled manually by our admin team instead.
Example
By month-end you've accrued $340 in commissions from your clients. Since you have Stripe Connect connected and you're above the $20 minimum, you receive the automatic transfer on the 1st of the following month, and the detail is logged under Payouts.
Troubleshooting
- If your pending balance doesn't reach the minimum, it simply carries over to next month — it isn't lost.
- If the automatic payout didn't arrive, check your dashboard to confirm your Stripe Connect account is fully connected (onboarding completed).
